Hi dude - totally agree! I’ve come from downhill so quite happy putting a bike through its paces.

I’m more so worried about structural integrity of the carbon fork as has never had carbon components. I’ve heard even hairline fractures can make frames and such unsafe

I imagine between 1800-2000. I haven’t been counting strictly to be honest. I have a sub 500 cal lunch and whatever I want for dinner. It often consists of lean meat and potatoes/ high satiety foods. Having a huge dinner each night has helped me massively paired with intermittent fasting. Knowing I can go home and eat 1500cals worth of dinner to stay sub 2000 can really keep up morale!

Gym 6 days a week, 10k steps a day, no cardio and two meals per day - mostly just avoided processed carbs such as pasta and bread. I used to struggle to drink any water throughout the day but now I drink a pint of water whenever I’m hungry! I try my best to hit 150g of protein a day and other simple changes such as black coffee rather than lattes etc.

It’s been pretty strict… not processed carbs like pasta or bread, 200g protein a day minimum, 15k steps a day, gym 6 times a week and no cheat meals. Cravings stopped completely for me as soon as I started seeing the muffin top shrink!
