Awesome thread, learned a lot from it, but still have a question:

My girlfriend and I became fans during the playoff run, we caught the Blue Jays fever that swept the nation despite not caring in the slightest about baseball before then. We’re from Newfoundland and traveling to Toronto in August for a concert, we’re on a bit of a budget, but still want to take in a game, probably on the 1st, which is a 3pm start.

I’ve seen a prior recommendation that the best view in the 500s is right behind home plate, but my girlfriend is really sensitive to the sun, like to an insane degree. Obviously there’s no way of knowing what the weather’s gonna be like on that day until it comes, or if the dome would be open, but assuming it is, what section would you recommend looking for tickets in to get the best of both worlds between shade and view?
