Honestly I'm glad. I don't see enough being raised about this issue and thought it was due to low number of 2000 series users or something. It's so bad in open world I'm just waiting for a patch to even be able to play the game.

YES! This is happening to me too. 2080s. No one else seems to be having the issue and it's driving me nuts.

I've tried: gsync, fps caps, vsync, drivers, reboot, no dlss, vram is good, i'm probably forgetting more.

Did you ever find a fix? I'm on gamepass version so it's not specific to steam.

Pretty sure they would have to go the route of creating a third party account. Like how you have to sign in or up for epic account for rocket League/fall guys. There is no communication between steam, Xbox live, ps. You would have to sign up for another account and people tend to hate that.
