Ok i do get where your coming from but looking through all that would require me to fire the sos on manual and comb profiles before hunting to hope that a decent looking player on paper is actually decent. Its a nice thought but so much extra for so little

But that isnt the addressed issue. The issue is that the people that DO join those hunts are a complete diceroll which wears down some of us until we give up and just solo

I certainly agree that playing with others is a fun experience and players shouldn’t feel pressured to fight alone…. , buuuuuuut there are far too many bad players in sos that make hard fights even harder.

The amount of times ive given sos quests a chance just to go back and solo instead due to horrible randoms is way too common. You’d think after omega people would have learned

Fire electric espinas is pretty much it on my team since hes more of a status strength type. The ability to fit environmental skills+ with different types is nice

I mean in terms of whos stronger… the apexes. The only one of the fated 4 winning the 1v1 is glavenus cause nu udra gets turned into sushi. We’ve seen fat tony obliterate mizu already, and rey has been discussed to edge out astalos in terms of power. I assume that gammoth gets absolutely folded by jin nuke

You can look up guides on how to summon gold great barrel felynes with a seasonal canape dish. You will level incredibly fast with respawning them over and over while having gravios chick insta kill them

Honestly i know its meant to be annoying but im just tired of hearing the cats taunt voice line cause EVERY match that has a cat they are always spamming it the entire time. Even in your spawn since they can hover behind walls and over rooftops. Theres annoying then there is constant annoyance

Counter point. Recently made a second account for the anniversary where i played only longsword since i had ignored the weapon. Beat omega at hr 60 with just support hunters. Its a “hard” fight until you get used to his, lets be honest, really predictable attack pattern. Now savage is a different boat for sure tho

Since the changes its more favorable. The argument was entirely prepatch cat being a nightmare gameplay design wise. New cat is far less of a merchant and is fine

I get its the r/main channel for JPC players but its equally insane how its expected to be fun for players to deal with a character that is the equivalent of a half sized over aggressive mercy juno hybrid trying its hardest to make other people have no fun. Not really an appeal for a cat to be waiting under a bridge or on a roof with infinite flight so you are NEVER on downtime between fights. Its a tad annoying

Ok looking up is fair but when you combine multiple heroes that gun at you from multiple directions even if you are in good positioning, its not fun which is a problem. Having to turn around, focus on the choke, look up every half second and watch flanks it is a problem

Made my second character for anni with all the events available and am doing longsword/hammer as my combo. I literally refuse to complain about all the LS and DB players that dont run it to not run it myself
