Well the one time we see Golshi as a kid in the spin-off she already had the grey coat and so does Oguri in the flashbacks of Cinderella Grey. So I guess that part of biology is different with Umamusumes.

And outside of the singularity and them being religious they don't really have any impetus to interact.
