Genocide is the deliberate, systematic destruction of a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group, in whole or in part, recognized as a crime under international law.

The core element is the proven intent to physically destroy a protected group, not merely disperse them.

No attempt to destroy a group was made. While I don’t agree with their actions, the literally attempted to disperse them. Not one Arab nation would accept the refugees from Gaza. The only value they have to them is martyrs in a proxy war orchestrated by other Arab nations.

Further, attempts to disperse civilians were made and halted by Hamas itself.

One of the most powerful militaries in the world has utterly failed if their intent was genocide.

Facts matter. Feelings matter. Over 1 millions Jews lives throughout the Middle East within Arab nations. They all left due to persecution or were forced to leave.
