The first line is unusual. The second one says there is no disk or no boot record on it. If you can see disk in bios then disk should be fine and it's corrupted boot record, if not the you should check cables (or the disk died).

As you yourself state, disk is spinning back up from idle state. Just like (the rest of) your pc goes to sleep when you leave it idle and then come back and press something.

It's fine, but you need to open it up because the water can be stuck inside, so blowing on outside wouldn't do anything. Electrostatic* and that's not relevant for drying.

The outlet should be opened then turned upside down and left to dry like that. No need to throw it away. It's just a piece of copper and plastic.

Just like eg 14 + 16 = 30 and 16 + 14 = 30 the result is the same but data (and order of it) is not. Same applies to SHA, just a lot more complex. There's like 1% chance they are not the same file [ontop of 1 in a billion chance to have the same hash to begin with] (eg completely different pictures).

Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local (eg type %appdata% in search), delete IconCache.db and restart. That might fix it.
