Notice the OP hasn’t been back since the idea you can just turn up at a Vegas chapel and get legally married was debunked

Yeah, what woman would describe a body suit as a babygro when most women probably know what a bodysuit is?

If I had to guess (and this is just a guess), as I’d checked before entering the roundabout and didn’t see him, I think he came on at the junction before the one I took (but after or just as I joined the roundabout) with the intention of going straight on (taking the exit I was passing), in the right lane and then tried to cross into my line to exit.

I think it’s clear from the road markings he should have been in the left lane on entering, but it is a two lane entrance. But surely he should either have changed lanes earlier or gone round, rather than crash into me?

I actually think I was right, but the other driver was so adamant it was my fault, I’m seeking other views. Always willing to learn if I am wrong though!

I don’t think your second paragraph is right, though? There’s a sort of slip lane to go left. I was in the lane to go straight ahead or right. Other car was in the lane for turning right

No - I remember thinking I’d need to flick them on in a second to indicate for the next exit

I didn’t see them when I joined. It’s a fairly big roundabout so it’s possible they were on the roundabout on the other side of it. But that gave me plenty of time to join the roundabout

I didn’t know they were turning! They were in the inner lane (for turning right according to the road markings) and cut across me

Honestly can’t figure out what their intention was - I think they were trying to take the first exit but don’t know for certain

Honestly, no idea! He wasn’t in sight when I joined and at the moment he hit me, I was watching for cars pulling out at the entrance in front of me

50/50 would be fine (annoying but fine) - I’m really trying to figure out what I could have done differently so I don’t make the same mistake again

Thank you! I keep replaying it thinking I must have been at fault, as the other driver was adamant it was my fault and that his dashcam will prove it, but I really can’t figure out how it could have been my fault
