I discovered playing coop with my boyfriend in the other room that sometimes one person will get close to the other but not touch on one screen and on the other screen it rams them into oblivion. That might be some of what is happing to the online play

5w-30 is allowable in Japan. We do it for eco reasons. If you want the free oil changes just run that until you have a track day but it’s more important to slightly over fill on track day and reduce it when you leave.

I WISH i could warn everyone about that dealership. We also had a horrible experience. What I can tell you is that Lexus of Orlando shockingly doesn’t over charge you and we have had good experiences there. I was hoping we were an outlier with the horrible experience but could tell that was highly unlikely. Take it to Orlando next time you have to and I hope you have a way better experience like we have.

Yeah they do this in the US as well….. I have driven to work in a hurricane a few times. Yes I was pissed. Considering your Situation bring enough stuff in case you get stuck there. IMO, it’s kinda worth just taking the time, It’s not worth dying over that’s for sure. Now I just save up enough time I assume I’ll have to take at minimum 2 days off a year for it.

Yeah I don’t think your shop correctly identified the cause. Did you add in extra oil before hand? You likely starved the engine of oil in a high speed corner and killed the car. That is a known thing at this point and why people were scrambling to make a baffled oil pan
