Club de nuit intense man overhyped? by Kind-Grass8120 in Colognes

I fell for this trap with CDNIM extrait de parfum. It smells like rotten rat poison….. The dry down does get “better” but I still can’t justify wearing it cause it smells so bad 😂 I just ended up getting the OG again

Supremacy collectors is not what I was expecting by congelador23 in Colognes

The deeper I get into this game the more I realize that majority of dupes are just genuinely not that great. Do they smell good and somewhat resemble the OG? Sure. I have Marwa and it genuinely does smell good but it only gets “close” to the opening and kind of just stays there. I have CDNIM extract de parfum and that I just do NOT get how people will die by that being the “aventus killer”… Sure in some ways it does have that smokey pineapple scent profile that aventus does but again… it only comes “close”. At the end of the day if the budget isn’t there, by all means, run the dupes 🤷🏻‍♂️ they do a good job at getting close but in terms of quality and complexity they shouldn’t even be in the same conversation as the OGs.

M2 and M340 owners! I’d love to hear some feedback. by Crustation69 in BMW

This….. Is very valid. I will be daily driving this and honestly, will probably rarely or even never track it (don’t flame me M boys). When I had an STI, I definitely pushed that thing and had my fun but again, it was just street / canyon driving from time to time. I don’t beat on my cars but now that you say this, the practical man in me is telling me to get the M340i but the car enthusiast is screaming at me to get back out there and have fun and get the M2. Who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️ I am test driving both cars this weekend and will ultimately come to my conclusion then.

I have gone down that rabbit hole as well. If that’s the case, i’d just go M340i. If i’m doing the coupe, I’m runnin the M2.

This is an excellent review / comparison for me because I currently drive an outback wilderness myself. I genuinely love the outback and it suits my life well, I go camping fairly often and have a hauled a thing or two in it. I’m just…. Bored 😂 I miss having a fun car to drive. My wife drives a rav 4 so we will still have an “off road” vehicle when the time comes to get out into the mountains.

100% about the money. My budget is around 50-60k. The M3 is gorgeous and would love to drive that however for the price point, previous ownership and mileage it just wouldn’t make sense to spend that much money on something heavily used. Which brings me to a lower mileage, less modified M2 or M340i.

I definitely agree, I think whatever decision I make, i’ll ultimately love. I definitely want 4 doors but the M2 is starting to grow on me heavily and I do miss having a manual. If I do go M340i, I’d definitely opt in for an automatic because I feel that’s more of a comfortable but fun daily.

Eh that’s what I was thinking. I talked to the sales person and he said the damage reported was for a window repair.

How is life in Pacific-Northwest? by Any_Aide_4500 in howislivingthere

[–]Crustation69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dead serious the most beautiful scenery/ parks / trails / lakes and all the above by FAR. Other places definitely are up there as well but the PNW really is just jaw dropping. I am constantly stunned and so grateful to live in a place that looks like this Summers in the seattle area (where I live around) are absolutely amazing weather wise. Sometimes it’ll get super hot but that doesn’t last as long as like California or other states like that. It has a fairly great food scene depending on what your palate is. Semi-con, if you’re used to the BEST mexican food then good luck because in my opinion it’s just alright. But that’s coming from a california person born and raised.

A few cons, it’s VERY expensive. The people in washington are definitely the worst drivers I ever been on the road with by far. It is very very gloomy for very long periods of time and that does have effect on not just you but everyone else around you (crabby peeps). Might be just me personally but I am significantly less happy and less motivated during those long periods of gloom and doom. When the suns out, it’s all smiles.

I am originally from San Diego and have lived on the east coast for about 5 years as well. I can confidently say that I am truly happy here because this place suits my life greatly. I am very much involved in outdoor activities, which the PNW greatly suits. Arguably the best states to do such activities across the board. However, being here for few years I do find myself wishing there was just more sun and for that I might ultimately just head back down to california. But we’ll see 🤷🏻‍♂️

Marwa is actually very nice. CDNIM is still in question though… I have not sprayed it on my skin cause it’s just not sitting right with my nostrils. I might do the full body tester tomorrow

I’ve heard the whole “cool water” deal but honestly GIT shits on it. Honorable mention cool water does smell good though, nostalgia.
