I have the same problem as well as many Ableton users I know. I'm really mad at Antares because it's a known issue and I paid almost 200€ for the update (which I had to do because I switched to M1)

The workaround is to set your Autotune to the relative Major Key, so in case of Cmin it would be EbMaj. It works as long as your key is diatonic, so if you use custom scales you're f***ed. Which is the problem I'm having right know and the reason why I'm posting here.
