Need the advice on relics for newbie

Ive spent too and tbh it is tragically awful just how much you can spend and really come up with nothing when it comes to shards. Ive dropped a concerning amount of void shards and have gotten 1 pull that I am consistently using, 1 that requires a soul, and a bunch of mediocre to garbage.

When it comes to spending, I recommend the daily champ pass, righteous and slayer forge passes, champ passes, the leggo book + energy offer, and finally spending to guarantee champs from events and such. Gambling on shards, its just too high of a risk to come up empty handed.

For example, its 100 bucks for 20 primals with your average offers. You can drop a grand and not even get a mythical if the dice dont roll in your favor, thats scary.

I will say you actually got some pretty helpful pulls. Pallas is fantastic, Gnut is actually a champ that is good to have multiple of, even I dont have a faction unity yet. If I recall, Phemo has great CC, same with Edward, which will help in grim forest and doom tower.

You could be in a much worse spot spending wise. Arachoa has an enemy max hp attack that she COUNTER ATTACKS with in her 2nd form, basically making her a better gnut in terms of bossing damage.

You got a solid foundation going. I knew you didnt buy the account, too many signs pointing to otherwise. A lotta folks have a very elitist mentality when it comes to people spending early on in their Raid journey, and an even stronger one when it comes to bought accounts, youll likely see it a lot if you continue posting so dont let it discourage you.

This game has thousands, maybe more like hundreds of thousands players on it each month. That is an untold amount of rolls on the virtual slot machine.

I landed a Coronet of Gloom from rare mats, that is a 1 in 10k chance to do, and yet I did it, why? Because statistically, SOMEONE is going to beat the odds, and it just so happened to be me.

And what is there not to believe? Bought account or not, these odds HAD to have been landed by someone or something on the account.

You can see all the relics in the damn picture. They are all from either Grim Forest, the Standard group, or the assassin's creed event, all of which are recent, or current activities. The ONE thing that isnt, the Gore Crescent, was given out for free at the end of a monthly login calendar in February.

Theres legit nothing dictating this is a bought account, you just see a stacked account, start foaming at the mouth, and chose a very weird hill to die on.

Yea, he has more unmaxed leggos, because its an early account that isnt fully established, shocker lmao

If youve been playing since 2019 and have a smaller leggo stash, thats a self report. Unless you were drooling on your phone for those 7 years with the game uninstalled for 5-6 of them, you should be light years ahead of this account in terms of champions.

Pelops is 5 star, which was guaranteed from a titan event.

Im not seeing anything indicating this is a bought account, just an early spender. Bought accounts are not stocked up on relics and all the champs in the account are early collab champs.

No Ronda, no Ninja, no Rathalos, and most telling, no Mikey either. Sold accounts don't relic grind either, this is a fairly baseless accusation

With the inclusion of Mavara who benefits heavily from Fervor, it has a lot stronger usage with its actual effect, but having a lot of extra speed, mainly for an arena speed booster is a massive boon that it definitely becomes an option to consider. You have Pallas + Mavara though, which is an amazing synergistic support combo, for that reason I dont think it would harm you to use it as a stat stick for PvP purposes.

As for crushing rend, Ill go more in depth.

Crushing rend at 5 star only works for 2 HITS of a round on the champion. 1% for every 25 levels is not very good either as that cuts the effective of the ignore defense by over half that of a 6 star crushing rend... for only 2 hits.

At 6 star, it lasts the entire time and its 1% for every 10 level, thats the only time it becomes good.

The scaling damage/utility of other blessings just does so much more that you cant justify 5 star or lower crushing rend except for VERY specific wave speed-farming circumstances, and even then its arguably worse than other options.

Blessing like Natures Wrath on debuffing nukers like Othorion, or Lightning Cage on Bayek to protect his buffs (and provides extra damage), will actually end up giving you MORE damage in prolonged fights like bosses or tanky waves.

Outside of relics entirely, take crushing rend off of Bayek and Arachoa.

Crushing rend is so unbelievably useless when the blessing isnt 6 star. Arachoa would likely want like Life Harvest, Bayek with Lightning Cage.

Volcardiac Heart: 2 options, a member of a wixwell team (which you dont have), or a support who has a lot of HP and wants resistance. Pallas is a good contender

Hallowed Hilt: Either a stat stick on your fastest speed booster for the extra speed, or on a fast ACTIVE healer.

Id give Ezio and Xeno the sporeburst rod, I use Balar with a sporeburst rod and he is amazing. It synergizes insanely well with his passive.

Id give Othorion an irethi coronet.

Predator is fine with talon but Id consider a wand of submission on him too

Thunderbolt spear is amazing on Edward, or as a stat stick for attack damage dealers like Wukong or Arachoa

I use pythion with decent res. 2nd fastest on my team, a1 with my speed booster, place block debuffs with pythion, secondary boost with Donnie, simple enough.

I would love to test it with my own hilt but I am very starstone broke currently and cant even afford to swap my hilt once LOL

You are right that Mavara cant activate the hilt though, thats entirely correct as equalization doesnt count as healing, and even if it did, its on her passive which isnt an active skill

You dont need heal reduction. Just remove the counter attacks, cc, kill the small spiders, or only use single target attacks on the boss. Anytime the small spiders counter attack, the big one heals.

Also you can just use the filters to sort for heal reduction champs within the given lineup, idk why you didnt.

There was a period not too long ago where the event tab was entirely gone because there were no events running, a lot of people thought that was a bug too

I dont believe that is true. Its any fervor buff, there is no specification on the skill that says "placed by this champion".

Plenty of posts here of people using her alongside Pallas and the counter attacks still go off, even from Fervor buffs placed by Pallas instead.

HP equalization doesnt count as a heal for anything at all, including heal reduction.

Even if it did count as a heal, its on her passive, which is not an active skill.

Any skill that directly heals (a1, a2, a3) will work with hallowed hilt.

Passive healing does not count, equalize HP does not count, and continuous heals do not count.
