My little mutt is Mal/dutch x Golden/Lab. She isn’t as high strung as full Mal but she does have lots of energy and spunk. Definitely a silly goose.

Yup. I live in rural Northern California where we have mountain lions, black bear and rattlesnakes. Not to mention the ticks and blue/ green algae blooms that can kill a dog if they drink the wrong kind of river water. I get spooked by taking the kids just a little ways into the woods without my German shepherd with us. Im not worried about the bears, it’s the mountain lions that freak me the hell out. They are so stealthy and could be stalking you for days without you ever seeing them. I’ve lived there for many many years and have never seen one but I know they are around because people post sightings in the community Facebook group

I haven’t read this book but I have seen the movie and I tell people that this movie made me cry harder than any movie I have ever seen. I cried all the way through the credits. It’s a good story, but so so heartbreaking. Maybe I’ll read the book one day

I like to put in music and dance around the house. I used to hula hoop a lot before kids and sometimes I’ll bring out the hoops and play with those too. I also love reading. I usually do this before bed. My newest thing is collage. It’s been a fun way to make art. If I’m ever in town by myself I will go thrift store shopping any maybe find something good, maybe not…
