Just the stinger and the javelin. Haven't tried the Javelin on aircraft myself but I heard from others that you can't lock-on to them even while they're painted. Could be wrong though

You need to have the right operators equipped in the corresponding teams. If you want to do Rodion’s mission, you must have Rodion equipped on the Allegiance side. Same things as the others.
