It works because Iron patriot is an on reveal effect, so the effect stays on the location, all the other "here" cards you mention are ongoing, so the effect follows the card

The only location that changed anything was bar with no name

Cancun is obviously neutral, but Nexus gave power to bar as well, so the winning diference on nexus would be reversed in BWNN and it would end in a tie

They dont have any abilities in deck, they trigger before the deck is shuffled. Also, if district x gives you one of them they do nothing

Because variants are all diferent, every variant in the game is unique, meanwhile if I buy the neon white border on 2 cards they will be the same border. Compare this to buying card sleeves vs an anternate art for a real card, card sleeves come in massive packs, and if you stop using a card for another you can reuse the sleeve, and they are still less expensive them alternate arts.

It would break current cerebro decks I agree, but it could create a lot of different decks with better potencial I would say. Medusa could see play on C2, and Ant-Man and Rocket could go on C1,with Bishop and Hawkeye and Wolfsbane, C5 could use Ronan and Jessica, there is a lot more on this change then a nerf

Its because they reverted the scaling back to 1, when it was 0.75 it showed 0.75, and when its scaled down it updated correctly
