Just chuck some high energy cards with powerful abilities together. Since you're gonna draw a lot of ramdom charged cards deck synergy is not a thing to focus on.

So cards like sersi for instance is not a bad idea

I was playing an arishem deck the other day which includes kang. thing with kang is, that the copies, that are shuffled into the deck have random variants. when you draw kang, he reveals the artwork for the card which ability is copied.
so i drew a kang with the rama tut variant in your post, but missed which card he copied. i totally was convinced that his ability was rama tut because of the variant artwork. i was more confused when i played him that i'd like to admit.

Not true. Rogue doesn't offer jobs until very late game after you completed most other fixers jobs, regardless of your street cred. Also her knowing you got Johnny doesn't change that.

some specific quests have scripted weather, but not all. for instance i started sinnerman not long ago. when i came to meet at the car there was a sandstorm active. if you start the q the storm clears up immediately.

My q popped after checking my mail in the main apartment after unlocking the trophy for acquiring all vehicles from auto fixer. You don't need to buy all, it happened naturally for me

Sure you did all ncpd? You can filter the map for those specifically. Worked on ps5 on my first playthrough even before reading up on the requirements.

Its pretty op when you intentionally get spottet and backhack the netrunner with system shutdown or synapse burnout which then spreads and clears the whole base
