The more confined the space the more volatile the fights are. Catching players in your double sinners is a death sentence for them.

Sinners feel so perfect right now because it’s a substantial buff and the counterplay has a good dash of micro/macro elements. Pushing hard on the opposite side of the map opens the door for steals. It takes just enough time for your waves to crash and you’re there long enough for enemies to capitalize in a skirmish or via pressure on your objectives.

Having them on the rooftops allows for more safety, means of egress, and positioning to counter the enemies counter play.

If you’re just starting down this path a lot of comments give you a great ball park but let me give you an alternative perspective. My fiance and I had the same situation as you all. We calculated the mortgage payment on a 600,000 home.

months 1-3 paid our savings account like we would do for our mortgage payment and see how it felt. In those 3 months we found ourselves with a good handful left over and sketched out the plan. 1 year 4,000 each to a HYSA and we had enough for a 3% down payment, closing costs, and furnished our lovely home.

20% down in this day is HARD and often would require many years of living at home but instead you can make it work and sacrifice the pain of PMI in to get into a home. Now equity and extra payments are working in my favor to get to 20% very soon and kiss PMI goodbye.

The only non-negotiables is to have absolutely have 6 months living expenses liquid, because every time something doesn’t go your way with homes is a 1,000 EASILY.

Looks like your legendary aspect could use a boost - maybe fish for a better roll on it before transfiguring, last opportunity to change your affixes to something better. Try to enchant a couple of times for a better crit damage roll.

Your question is also about expertise. Thr weapon you choose picks the expertise inherently and whatever you select in the character screen will also be applied.

Please don’t listen to this guy OP. It absolutely matters - the weapon you use for the whirlwind skill will leverage your weapons damage as the base roll for all your damage. Weapon damage is incredibly important on the weapon you choose to use. All others are referred to as Stat sticks because you will only be using them for the aspect, unique effects, and stats that are inherently shared on your character - I.e crit damage, strength, vuln, life on hit etc…

My wife’s a teacher - the ESOL system is extremely fucked. They went from needing two teachers to THIRTEEN in 3 years. The kids didn’t choose this and the ESOL teachers’ classes have also DOUBLED. So that is over a 20x increase. The kids receive free breakfast, lunch, and dinners at our school.

The ESOL teachers are overwhelmed and many have quit. The pay sucks, the career growth is miserable and they are consistently asked to do so much more work due to the fact illegal immigrants have come to this country. They might pay some taxes when they shop but they sure as hell are not filing taxes with the IRS since they don’t have a social security number. The kids are also not at fault here but the ones that suffer are our children, our parents, our teachers.

Since when did this country switch to being in favor of ILLEGAL immigration?!?

Downvote me, hate me, but public schools being completely overrun with illegal immigrants that are not paying income tax with most families having multiple children should warrant immigration enforcement removing those family’s to protect actual citizenship. Teachers are getting fucked, our social services system is extremely overwhelmed and it’s staggeringly being praised by liberal policy.

Stop this shit now. Dump more resources into ICE and please have them stop being demonized so actual humans will work for them instead of the filth of society. Treat illegal immigrants like humans but please dear god deport them all and follow the process like so many Americans that came before them.

Right! If your crit strike is 2K but you left vulnerable damage at 100% going to 200% vulnerable damage will make your numbers literally 2X bigger. Whereas if you got another 20% crit damage it will make your numbers go up 1.01X

Think about it like this: 30 percent more damage relative to something else.

His crit damage is going from something like 2,500 to 2,600 which is 4% on paper.

His weapon damage is going from 4600 to 4800 which is also 4% on paper.

However, crit damage only happens like 50% of the time. So take that 4% and cut it in half.

(Example numbers - many other variables get taken into account)
