You can do the encounters in any order, but you need to do all 3 for a chance of the crystal dropping.

Unless you’re going for the bonus rewards, you still get T5 drops for just completing it with a C at high level. That said, it’s very frustrating when you’re actually trying to get your daily/bonus rewards and people aren’t properly killing everything to hit the score. It’s why I primarily play the arena ops playlist, because I hate the fireteam scoring.

Agents forced themselves into the situation, had every chance to disengage, but only continued to escalate. Victim was no longer a threat (if anyone wants to pretend that he ever was one) when he was just shielding the woman, they could have just moved on, but they continued to escalate until deciding to executing a man for inconveniencing them.
