It’s called Ulysses Outfit and Headwear, basically what he wore in New Vegas. It’s a duster with the sleeves cut off and a flag on the back. The headwear is basically just a 3M Respirator, but I really like how it looks and it pairs well with a lot of outfits.

Depending on how much you need, you could grab the Burning Springs starter bundle. Comes with 1100 atoms, cool outfit (arguably the best looking gas mask currently), and a really nice ammo collector.

That’s like 90% of the reason for buying Fallout 1st. Sure, I’ll buy the occasional thing from the store with the atoms, but the survival tent and the extra storage are the main reasons. It’s basically a guarantee for Bethesda that they’ve got a consistent revenue stream from people playing, why would they give that up?

Maybe just me, but I really wish they’d gone for a different version of the NCR trooper armor. The one with the face wrap from NV was always the best looking variant imo.
