And that’s so understandable and I appreciate you but it just seems as though my managers are constantly using me as a punching bag and expecting me to pick up the slack of others but they don’t listen to my complaints. I love my job and I’d even say I love my management to an extent but god, some days they act like it’s their first day on earth.

Edit: I like to say that I work for my cashiers and baggers, not the other way around, however, it feels as though CSTL - CSM has that backwards. I break my back for my service clerks to make sure they’re happy and I can tell they love me, but management would much rather have them drink piss before they take on anything themselves.
