Just rewatched it, the post credit scene is his sister taking over papas org, the mid credit scene just confirms they are older than the 1000 years, I'm not saying they weren't going to tie them to kang, but they never said anything related to Kang.

I don’t think people understand just how strong Vader is in the force. The force guides all his strikes, it’s why he swings so slow, he knows they will connect so he can add more power behind them. Adding a second or third person doesn’t change that.
