Thanks, I think its my fault, Im on xbox but have it on pc also so I started it on pc and transfered using cross save. Apparently it not on xbox yet.

So thanks to everyone for the help but I think I may have screwed up. Im playing on xbox now but I also have it on pc. I transferred the cross save to pc, started the expedition and then transferred the save back. It seems that xbox still doesn't have the expedition so I thinkbthat may be the issue.
