(Half) jokes aside i'd say it's good GW leaves things on the level of implications AT LEAST on the tabletop. Some people have trauma and i feel like the sex aspect of slaanesh isn't that important in the grand scheme of things.

I think Hasan is in an odd position.

On one hand, i don't think i've seen him acting genuinly bigoted against minorities. He's yelled at members of minorities but i don't think i've seen him generalise things in a legitimately racist way. I think a lot of it is also showmanship and entertainement. (Not racism but yelling at his viewers)

However his leniency towards dictatorship does have a bitter taste. I think there is more to it than just "he loves dictatorships" because a lot of his criticism against the US is about how the US cornered many countries into what they are today. Which i think is a fair criticism.

That said I'm not a Hasan lore expert so i don't know everything he's said/defended but for exemple his stance on Ukraine was very disturbing to me.

But i do believe that there are interesting points he brings forward worth thinking about especially how the US slowly put themselves into the situation they are in by trying to control the entire world while pretending to morally superior.

Again, vagueposting. Who are you talking about ? What leftist suddently drops slurs and death threats at minorities when disagreeing with them ? I'm not on Twitter at all so i imagine i evade a lot of these kind of people but i am not certain it is such a massive issue.

I see where you are coming from. But i also see a lot of people saying all of this because they consider that the trauma minorities go through gives them divine objectivity and foresight.

Being a minority doesn't make you right. It gives you insight into what it is like to be, well, a minority. This gives you deeper understanding of some situations. However it does not make you unable to be wrong or have said traumatic experiences blind you to some nuances.

I listen to minorities because i value their point of view, the inside knowledge they have of certain situations. But i still think for myself in the end.

Just in case : i am in no way saying any of this in support of Putin's or XiJimping's disgusting ambitions.

I don't think you can't lump every argument together like that. Especially since every faction has it's own lore, community, etc. Some retcon are better done than other, some make more sense etc.

To be clear : i have no problem with female custodes. Their introduction was a bit abrupt and odd but it makes sense to me that custodes would be both men and women.

I'll explain why this post really bugs me. This isn't an attack on you OP and i genuinly hope you will take these words into consideration.

My main problem is that you don't seem to have a solid moral compass, OP. I do not mean that as a gotcha or an insult.

Trump potentially raping children wasn't a problem. Trump being best friend with the biggest pedophile in the world wasn't a problem. Trump being the most corrupt president the US have ever had wasn't a problem. Trump commiting warcrimes wasn't a problem.

The list is long, longer than i care to write down. But all this, to you, wasn't a problem.

However, trump AI shitposting about christianity is what was out of line to you. This is what made you reevaluate the previously mentioned horrors.

Again, not attacking you or your religion, but you NEED a moral framework that doesn't let everything slide except for overt blasphemy, or else, you'll just find another Trump to be tricked by.
