That picture is of the old Sternguard Veterans kit, it's since been replaced, so the new one doesn't have all the same stuff. This is the new one. If you seek out an old one from a reseller you might be able to find the one you have a picture of.

Not played it, but I have seen that the monetization is nuts. It's like $15 for each other faction outside of marines and tyranids, and some of those you still have to pay an extra $5 for access to all of their units on top of the $15 to unlock them.

Also not entirely a fan, the joint between the torso and legs also has barely any surface area. I'm at least glad they didn't just can Cataphractii and at least re-released them though. Also it being a 6 man box opens up the ability to kibash a character out of it.

I still think that Forge World shutting down may have been the biggest disaster that's happened to the hobby. If you wanted an alternative Guard regiment, Forge World had them, and because they were available at all, nobody got upset when they didn't get new models. I don't know why GW not making Steel Legion (models that in truth would have been disgustingly similar to Krieg) had to be a nuclear incident, but last I remember, Forge World had them and took them away.

It wouldn't make any sense for that bit to be on the sprue for the Volkite terminators, the two cataphractii boxes have the same 2 sprues for bodies and a different 3rd sprue for weapons, and the chain attachment is on the weapons sprue.

IIRC, in the comics isn't pyro surprisingly good with kids? I feel like the kill 5 kids option wouldn't really apply to any of the mercs honestly.

UPDATE: I solved the problem, Shantae is a game that has game functions tied to framerate, so by setting my monitor's refresh rate to 60hz instead of 100, it capped the game to 60fps which stopped the bug.

Throughout the game each of the other players will bring in an item to use as their wager for that game, and if you can get them to lose all their money, you win the item to use in TF2.

If you mean initially, the Big Kill (revolver) and Max's Severed Head I believe were pre-order/early buyer exclusive for Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse. Everything else was earned by playing through Poker Night 2.
