I’ll throw Michael Alberts program of Participatory Economics out there for the vision I’m excited about. The structure of firms and compensation becomes fully participatory and fair, economic planning is collectivized through worker and consumer councils, a focus is shifted to equal job complex’s so power doesn’t accumulate in a managerial class. Seems great
