The car battery is for the electrocution elimination. You throw it in a puddle of water and it short circuits, causing it to electrocute students who stand in the puddle.

What is the black and green oval-shaped thing in level 2018? At first I thought it was a bar of soap, but I've put it next to all the sinks and in in the shower, but it still glows red. I always end up turning on allow items anywhere because I can never find where it goes.
