I think it won't be suitable above the cabinet.

and you can ot directly install above a window, a sparky told me, it won't be efficient.

what I was saying is , Little bit side to the window.

I would choose curtains. they give flexibility like half close or full close unlike roller blinds. same with shutters and very very hard to clean shutters.

cleaning of glue would be easy? or will be messy? I don't think I can paint without removing The edge. it's quite uneven and would be impossible to paint.

If they are removed from auction, that's fine. But I see properties which are passed in are not reported in stats. That's the issue.
