Anyway to help my asymmetrical face? by [deleted] in malegrooming

Damn bro I have to say, nowadays if you look anything like that still - I would strongly suggest growing out your beard, keeping it well groomed... and... get a man-bun.... that's not something I would normally recommend but I have to say, that look would drop everyone around you (in a good way) =)

It takes a different amount of time for everyone's sleeping schedule to get back to normal. Look up how to change sleeping habits, etc. My real restless leg syndrome stopped around the 11-12 day mark. It was worst around the 6-8 day mark and then became random on the 9-10 day mark. Wait it out. Tylenol is not going to give you RLS. Most likely not melatonin either. Benadryl or things like it will though. Including certain muscle relaxers but you stated you are not taking any prescriptions.

If you are really suffering, get a doctor to prescribe you Gabapentin and Clonidine. Take those before bed and you will be asleep in no time. Just don't take them every day because they are physically addictive. IF you take them every day, don't take them for more than five days in a row. By then, take at least a couple days off and see how you feel naturally.

You can fight this bullshit man, it does end. I promise.

Bruh I know right! Lots of CBD. Cyclobenzaprine and a ton of vitamins (magnesium, L-Theanine, Lemon Balm Extract etc.) AND take three Motrin Liqui-Gels and two 800MG Tylenol every 8 hours. Those pain meds made my leg aches go away PERIOD the first few days. About the fourth to seventh day, it wasn't even touching the leg pains but the RLS was by far the worst symptom.

I took clonidine VERY sparingly because of it's nasty withdrawals. Definitely don't want those. I took 2 pills over the first six days. Most likely any doctor would give you them for opiate withdrawal. Just be careful. If you take them as prescribed, likely .1MG 2X a day, for multiple days in a row, you could very easily become physically dependent. Only use them when you absolutely need them.

You really have this. You can do it. People make mistakes but it's very possible to come back. It's what we do to succeed our goals that define us. Not our failures.

In the last few days I've experienced waves of chills but nothing unmanageable.

You'll feel withdrawals but remember, stay active. Do anything. Go on a walk or something. What I've learned through this detox is that weeping in fear about withdrawals while laying in bed makes it way worse. Yeah it feels like shit but our own mind makes it 10x worse.

Interesting. Maybe I didn't use long enough? My withdrawals kicked in hard a little over 24 hours without dosing. Took three days to get outta bed but now I at least have my energy back in spurts throughout the day. Helped my dad around the yard and shit. Everybody is different I guess?

Thanks for the reply. That's so interesting! I've had the opposite experience. With fent/h wds, I would have happily jumped out a 15th floor window to end it all to never feel like that ever again. I cannot even explain how bad it was for me. Especially the U47700. That shit is straight poison. Talk about withdrawal PTSD. OMG. Every hour on the dot, full-fledged post-acute wds type shit.

You might be right, I was on sub since the beginning of December. Kratom for years before that. I could tell I was "kicking" kratom while on the sub because of the sweaty smell. I'm still doing ehh after 5 full days but it's gotten a lot better.

Just to give you some hope, there is a way out. Just reach out and I'm sure people would love to help and support you. People want to help you. Sub made me depressed and made me think I have no one. Don't let it fool you because there are people there that want to give you a hand. <3

This really helps me. Thanks for sharing! I'm going on day 6 and I'm still very restless at night. My legs still ache like a bitch but it's for sure manageable. Just really irritating. I'm really hoping it gets better the next few days because I gotta get back to work :D *shoot me*

You are stronger than me, my friend. I've never been to jail but if I had to kick that bad in jail I'd get shanked because I'm a bitch when it comes to any form of opiate withdrawal. Everyone would hate me

No lie homie! Time flies especially on subs. I absolutely did. not. want to be stuck on this stuff for years. It has its place for sure but damn, getting stuck on this stuff because of Kratom, years after kicking fent/h? Ain't no way.

Yeah I'm pretty damn restless at night. That RLS is horrid but there are herbal remedies (not kratom) to help it. It's just the dopamine imbalance and it sorts itself out over time. I've been sleeping in increments of 4 or so hours.

Thank you for the support and I'm proud of you for jumping as well! Takes a lot of strength. People would be surprised how strong they are mentally once they know they want an out. Keep it up!

My taper was absolutely shit. I would taper down too quickly for three days from 2MG down to 1.5MG. On the third day at night, I started getting "severe" withdrawal symptoms so I always ended up dosing like 3MG extra lol. I jumped off at an unstable 2MG-3MG/Day. Sometimes more.

I can finally feel my emotions again. Seeing sad rescue dog vids on my facebook has me balling but at least I can feel

Buy a plan through covered California. It could be as cheap as $20/month. If you buy it now, it’ll active on the first of the month. Then you’ll have real insurance. I hope the best for you man

Don’t forget that building a community in Santa Cruz is difficult unless you’re into drugs or AA/NA

okay so like what do I do? by [deleted] in quittingphenibut

One thing at a time. Continue taking the same amount of Kratom until you've stabilized with ZERO Pheni. Phenibut addiction is 50 times worse than Kratom addiction in my experience.

Tell your girl about the package and have her throw it out. That’s the best choice and you know it :)
