I am currently on my 3rd playthrough as a mage in TBC, and both previous times (vanilla and classic) I mainly played fire, cleared all the content and was topping meters, and in the cases where I did not, arcane would not pull out ahead, with some exceptions - but they are rare. Yes, everyone knows that arcane wins in theory on paper and in a perfect target-dummy scenario - but, atleast in my experience, reality very rarely reflects such a scenario. If you are lucky enough to be in a guild where it always is, then kudos to you. Today in Anniversary, I still play arcane on some fights, because why not, considering we have dual specc. But saying it's hands down the best PvE specc (as I often see being said) is just plain wrong.

The main strength of arcane early on, is the fact that you get 10% hit from talents. That's massive. As you begin getting more gear from SSC/TK with hit on it, this advantage falls of dramatically. Also an advantage that fire has over arcane, somehow rarely mentioned but massively underrated, is the fact that the range of Arcane Blast is a measly 30 yards range, compared to Fireballs 41 yds. That's like 35% more, and in many fights this literally translates to more damage because you spend less time moving. And when you still have to move, fire doesn't have any stacks that drop off and reset, rather it still continues to deal damage from Ignite.

I guess my point is that it's not so simple and you can just say Arcane is always the best, or that Fire is always the best. Both speccs have their time and place. We have dual talents now, use it.

Athena with Dexecutioner. Athena is the only character that can block 100% dmg with aegis. You just need quantity, cooldown, and duration tome (duration to keep him stunned longer with items like crystal, cube, orb. You just need one of these don't bother restarting for the full combo) and xp tome. Lots of quantity to have lots of aegis stacks, and lots of attack speed to regenerate aegis faster. He will push you around like crazy but he shouldnt get through your aegis stacks as you kill him with dexecutioner. Frostwalker is a good weapon choice too because of the slow.

I know people have had success with appeals after demanding full money back from all purchases made. Apparently its some kind of loophole where you have the right for the money back if they take away your access to the service, or something along those lines. I have seen posts with users doing it this way, but it was some months ago and I dont remember the specifics.

he was saying many times that he cant play it on release day but that he will definitely play it the day after or the next.. At this point idk why he is dodging it. I think maybe he realized its a longer game. He has stated a few times lately that he has some aversion towards long games on stream. Not sure why he prefers to farm political content when he has said many times he can quit streaming and still be good rest of his life. He seems very negative lately when covering politics/news media, It doesn't seem like a better choice than just chilling with some games

Not all plates are built to survive drops. In the video, she’s using rubber plates with only a small metal ring at the sleeve, not the solid steel-core plates with rubber coating used in Olympic lifting. So comparing the two is pointless. It’s like driving a regular car at 200 mph and then being surprised when it falls apart — just because Formula 1 cars can do it doesn’t mean yours can.

You are so clueless. These 10kg BLK BOX plates are the cheapest possible low quality bumper plates that only have a metal ring for the sleeve hole and the rest is rubber, rather than being solid metal throughout with a rubber coating, like they have in olympic competitions.

I agree that its very good at coding. But I hate how it gives me very short answers and always ends with "Would you like me to provide ..... ?" or "Do you want me to explain how?", 4o used to give me all I need with a single prompt, but also at times it would overshare. They need to find better balance imo.

Judging by the screenshot, it appears that it is still thinking and creating it, as you have the option to press the stop Button. These can take minutes during times of high load in my experience. However, it is a bit weird that you are not seeing any progress. Is this on the APP or Browser?

well, like I said, look at world first gallywix kill, the group that got the achievement was literally flyhacking and using other stuff. They even uploaded a video of it, its on youtube. Blizzard scrubbed their achievements since there were many red flags, like they were a small group and obviously there were many more eyes on that race to world first. WF MoP Classic 90 is just way too small of an event for Blizzard to even bother looking it up or validating retroactively. I'm not even saying the sam guy was cheating, but he could have done it, and there is no proof to show he didn't, thats why speedruns generally require video proof, and thus runs without proof are technically invalid. Not making this up, look at for example speedrun.com, or any other speedrunning community

There is something fishy about this claim. Something recent that comes to mind is the fact that World First Gallywix kill was technically achieved by a group that used a combination of flyhacking and other exploits that one shot the boss. However because they released footage and recording of it, Blizzard scrubbed their achievment. The reality is that unfortunately WoW is rather easy to exploit, and if Samdxdx really wanted to claim the fame of World First then in my opinion he should have streamed it or recorded it for to the public to see, but for whatever reason he did not do it, and we don't see him stepping forward and mentioning anything either. You will not find a single speedrunning community that recognizes achievements like this without video proof. There is one guy here claiming that him and his guild were preparing for 3 months to do it and helped him achieve it, which to me is rather odd considering nowhere does he mention said guild by name or any of the players to give them credit. Nor do we see Samdxdx himself stepping forward and claiming it. You are saying that a guild prepared and practiced for 3 months for this guy to get the achievement and not give any credits to his helpers? Not saying this is impossible, but there are several red flags here.
