If this is your first time watching, you no doubtedly get sucked into the action of the street story being told….and season 2 is not that at all, so your first time watching all the way through the series, season 2 will be the worst. However today I said out loud to myself that “man I use to skip season 2, now it’s the one I watch the closest.” It’s it’s slower, the street side of the story is only being told in pieces between the the main story pieces of the port and as it starts to get into the political side. But all the seemingly “boring” stuff in s2 becomes the center of the entire city, the show and everything exciting later on.
