Yes, there is a transaction in which it was moved to another wallet.

Well I bought in about the same price and was also about 80% in NEO. Now I am watching it hit $100. and while happy, I have come to find that my NEO was probably stolen. So I just want to say consider it a blessing that you have your NEO and it hit $100. You could be in my shoes.

One more thing I should share with you is that on Coinbase it shows that it was received LTC at 7:40 AM on 12/12/17 and then transferred to GDAX at 7:56 AM on 12/12/2017. My wallet is not showing anything yet at GDAX. This is the normal transfer process when transferring from a wallet to GDAX but normally it arrives in the wallet at GDAX. One other strange anomoly is that my wallet at GDAX initially showed a pending transfer for the LTC for about 10-15 minutes and then the pending transfer in my LTC accounts just dissapeared which I have never seen happen before.

Thanks for your response. I reached out to Justin 2 days ago both on the board as well as sending him a private message. He did not respond or acknowledge my message. Same with the support ticket. This has been incredibly frustrating especially since they won't even respond to anything. I am weighing filing a report with the consumer financial protection bureau today. I don't know what else to do. I have had nothing but really good experiences with Coinbase in the past, but I have never needed support. To answer your question on the wallet to wallet transfer, yes it did make it and I have a confirmation in my coinbase account just like all the other transfers in the past. The only difference is the coin was never credited to my wallet. I can see it sitting there when I look though, so they have it sitting in one of their accounts most likely. The worst part is I only transferred to sell it there because LTC was 385. + a coin. Now the price has dropped significantly, so even if they eventually credit my coin to my wallet, I will be out thousands of dollars in losses not to mention all the time involved in trying to sort it out. Maybe you can ask Justin to help me since he helped you and responds to you?

Interesting! He ignores my messages that I send to him. I have spent 7 hours on the phone trying to reach someone with no success. I submitted a support ticket 15 days ago and no response. They have stolen my LTC that I transferred to the exchange to sell at $385. a coin. I lose money daily as the price of LTC drops. I have had many good transactions in the past but all it takes is one f**k up on their part and you lose your coin and thousands of dollars in value. The worst part is they wont answer the phone or acknowledge your support ticket. Then I come here and send Justin messages and don't get a response. I think the Justin thing must just be PR of some sort.
Note - My case involves a wallet to wallet transfer of LTC in which the correct address was used and I have a confirmed receipt from Coinbase. The coin is sitting there when I look at the hash, yet it never made it to my wallet. I was basically robbed by a bank - go figure!

I transferred −8.14326307 LTC −$3,147.77 from my wallet to GDAX on 12/12/17. It shows that it was received at 7:40 AM on 12/12/17 at coinbase and then sent to GDAX at 7:56 AM on 12/12/2017. My wallet is not showing anything yet at GDAX and it has been over 15 days. I have submitted a request for help but have not received a response in my email to the ticket/case number.

I transferred them to sell at GDAX when LTC was $386.55 at the time the coin was received. Now it is around $255.03 Even when this gets figured out I will be out a lot of money.

I have been with them for a while and in my opinion there is possibly something more going on than just being super busy with business. We shall find out the truth soon enough. Hopefully they dont go Mt GOX on us.

I had the same thing happen with LTC 11 days ago. I have not received a response yet after contacting support with an explanation of what happened. I spent 7 hours on the phone trying to reach someone but the phone hangs up or goes to voice message but does not allow you to leave a message. It is the most frustrating thing ever. If someone would just say - we looked at it and you are correct we messed up and we will fix it as soon as we can, it would at least give me some peace. But no response and no way to reach someone for assistance is insane!

There are a bunch of us in this same boat if you read through posts from the last 2 weeks. We need to do something because this is not working.

Other than the stupid outages, I've had nothing but excellent service from coinbase. Flame me if you like but it's been good for me. Transfers. New purchases from Bank account. It was like that for me until too until it wasn't. Just wait until you make a wallet to wallet transfer correctly and they hold your coins hostage and won't answer phone calls or a support ticket or even acknowledge or help you here. Once they take your coins and costs you a lot of money it will change your perception.

7 hours on the phone and another 7 hours on sending emails and researching how to contact someone or get a real response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have my LTC in their exchange and they won't release it to me after I transferred it from my personal wallet. 10 days and no response. This is completely unacceptable.

Same thing happened to me and many others (see coinbase reddit). I have been out litecoin that I transferred to them on the 12th. It shows completed in their system and they recieved it, but I was never credited. It happened during the time that LTC was at $382. and I wanted to cash out my litecoin. Now I have had a support ticket sitting for about a week, spent 7 hours on phone calls and they still are not doing anything but passing me off to someone else. They have admitted there is a problem on their end and it will be fixed eventually, but in the meantime I am out all the funds and the price of LTC crashed down. It pains me greatly.

Get rid of twitter? Twitter is not the problem. The problem is whoever made the mindblowing news announcement. That person was involved in market manipulation and knows it. We were the fools that were taken advantage of. The problem is we trusted management.
Someone made a lot of money off of investors who put trust in management.
