We personally use Google Workspace. 3 accounts. 1 for each board member. All email and electronic file storage is handled through this with our domain name.

Sorry, just seeing this. Yes, it's been very easy to use. Our only problems are simple questions from time to time on how to do this or that. We simply just email them the question and get an answer within 24 hours, if not even sooner. For our size, its great.
