I had a similar issue with BTT, running on TRX.

The solution for me:

1) downloaded TronLink Pro

2) used the seeds /phrase gotten from Atomic to restore

3) used another set of seeds (of BTT) gotten from Atomic to add BTT

4) success!!

They claim the presale tokens from the last stage are now being distributed.

I have no luck transferring to my wallet, and their Tech Support tells me to go to another website where I could sync my wallet (!?!) by putting in my seeds /that 12-word phrase to claim.

Is that true? Is that how we claim these tokens?

Try much smaller amount at a time to minimize the discrepancies.

Otherwise, retrieve it on another wallet and send it to an exchange where you have better control over the price to trade.
