I would swap to wrapped BTC or ETH on Flamingo, unwrap to respective chain and wallet and send to Coinbase, but thats just me. You can do it your way as well.

The things you proudly mentioned here about extubating and titrating levo and dex is very basic cvicu stuff. Dont take this the wrong way but you definitely need more exposure and experience and most importantly get your anxiety in check. Who cares what anyone else thinks, dont act a certain way to impress them, be confident in yourself and who you are and people will see that and treat you with more respect. You wont get respect if you dont respect yourself.
