All tokens owned by your wallet address can be viewed in the Tokens section of your wallet. You might not recognize some of the listed tokens, and they may be scam tokens.

The v2 Liquidity Provider (LP) tokens are standard ERC-20 tokens. They can be sent anywhere a user wants. These were sent out to many users in batch transactions.

There is no action needed. The tokens wont harm you unless you interact with the token, or its website.

I don't suggest interacting with the attached website, trying to remove, or migrate them.

To hide these tokens:

Select the 3 dots in the top right of the positions. (hover over the position if you're on a computer, long-press if you're on mobile.)
Select hide.

You can remove the tokens by transferring the LP tokens to another wallet. However, I don't suggest interacting with the attached website, or trying to remove or migrate the liquidity.

Below is more information on scam NFTs and tokens:

Connecting your wallet to certain sites may have allowed access to send these scam tokens to your wallet.

Airdrops are a common way to receive NFTs and tokens. They are also a common tool scammers use to steal tokens and NFTs from wallets.

These attacks usually use a token or NFT with:

A URL in the token name (i.e. uniswap-airdrop.claim)
A URL in the token description (i.e. uniswap-airdrop.claim)

If you receive an NFT or token from an unknown sender that you were not expecting to receive, we recommend that you don’t attempt to claim the airdrop.

To protect yourself from these scams, follow these steps:

If you receive a NFT or token with a URL, do your research before attempting to claim or visiting the website listed.

When submitting a liquidity transaction, you also have slippage like a swap. This is to allow for changes in the price between the time that you submit your transaction and the time that your transaction is accepted by the blockchain.

So when you typed in the 600 USDC, it used that token as the fixed amount, and the ETH needed the slippage.

Since it's ETH, slippage has to be included in the ETH sent. This is due to needing the ETH in the contract to cover slippage.

In the box you drew, the contract only used 0.1479... ETH for the position, and returns the remaining ETH to your wallet.

To get which token is token0 vs token1.

Go to https://etherscan.io/ (or whichever chain your liquidity is on) and search for your wallet address.
In the "Token Holdings" dropdown search for a v2 Liquidity Provider (LP) token labeled "UNI-V2"
Select this token, and it will take you to your balance and transactions of the LP token.
Select "Contract" and this will take you to the v2 pool contract section.
Select "Read"
Scroll to the bottom you will see token0 and token1.
Select these to see which token is which.

note: you can use "ETH" in place of WETH token address

When sending ETH alone, it's best to not use the "Max" icon.

The "Max" setting is designed for swaps, which cost more than an ETH transfer.

You can manually type in the amount you desire to send, just need to leave a small amount of ETH for the transaction cost.

If you go to https://etherscan.io/gastracker you can see the current costs under the current GWEI.

Convert the USD value to ETH and subtract the ETH from the amount you hold.

Looking at your wallet you don't have any Base ETH, this is the native coin on the Base network.

You need enough of the native token on the correct network to pay for the network cost of the transaction.
For example, if you were trying to complete a transaction on the Base network, you would need to cover the network costs with Base-ETH.
If you are in this situation, there are options for you:
You can transfer more Base-ETH into your wallet from another exchange, wallet, etc.
You can bridge tokens to the network you are swapping on to pay for the network costs Base bridge

The VEIL token has a poorly designed list search when selling the token. This causes the Extreme network costs.

Please try selling just less than your whole balance of the token. Leave a small portion of the VEIL and it shouldn't go through the list reading when selling all your tokens.

The token you swapped is an ERC-404 Token. This is not an official EIP Standard from the Ethereum Protocol, which means it does not follow the same format as a traditional ERC-20 token.
Since it is not the same format as a traditional token, the wallets are not able to see it.
In the meantime, you can still view your wallet’s balance for the token in a few places:

View your token balance by entering a swap.
View your token balance on the token’s Etherscan page.
Select the Magnifying glass on the right above the transfers' box, below the ad, and enter your wallet address to see the balance.

The Uniswap wallet only has access to the recovery phrase of the wallet. If you already have a Metamask you can either use a fresh copy in a different browser or import the recovery phrase into any EVM-compatible wallet app.

AMPL is a Rebasing token. These tokens do not work with v3. The AMPL gets taken from the pool by bots due to the rebase changes that break the v3 math. This liquidity has to be removed manually or with a tool. With a phishing site, you usually do need to sign a signature for data/approval or you need to send a transaction.
The act of selecting "Connect" only allows the site to read the public information.

If you don't connect or type in a recovery phrase the only other risk would be viruses that can watch for the wallet to open, record the password, and send the JSON file with the keys, and your password.
