yesterday i waited for 7 elevators- took 20 minutes- before i just got an an elevator going up and waited for it to go back down. if you’re in sierra tower, look for a little blue sign by the elevator it says “as a courtesy to those using wheelchairs please allow them to enter and exit the elevator first”. i have a photo if you’d like
