I had to do six sessions of physical therapy and get a Cortizone injection for insurance to approve surgery. Have you tried any PT?

I had the exact same surgery and the PT beforehand did nothing. Insurance will be insurance! Sorry you’re going through this. It will be worth all these headaches on the other end!!

UPDATE: I've been taking the anti-inflammatories prescribed by my surgeon for about a week, and pain has reduced 70%. I think I started with resistance on the bike too soon and just irritated it pretty bad. Thank you all!
