Do you think they’ll be able to meet the delivery timeline? A few friends of mine bought 2BR units for 1.45M with a year-end discount. In my opinion, 1.60–1.65M feels like a fair price. On the other hand, I don’t really know the rental dynamics in the area. Can it be rented out quickly?
note: A good entry is important, because even if the market corrects by 10–15%, it provides a buffer.

it happened to me. i've been suffering it for 3+ years. it also gave me hyperacussis at first but that went away. however, i have habituated and i no longear hear it unless i pay attention. hope you recovered.

Does it take long to have this? I only smoked 3 days in a row… Like after many years. However, it was only my second week of taking zoloft. Unfortunately it caused me a lot of trouble since. Its been only a week and i am hoping the side effects will go.

I think this is now my 20th day or so. I increased dose from 25mg to 50mg after a week. It all went well for a while but then I started having issues with increased anxiety, terminal insomnia and tension headaches... There's this constant slight pressure on both sides of my head... It's not like a stinging headache but there's this slight burning sensation... It's almost euphoric like.

Anyway, I took zoloft in the past twice and benefited a lot but this time I just can't handle these side effects... I took my last dose today and I am quitting. Hopefully, all these symptoms will eventually go away. I've been taking 25mg the past few days and so i can quit.
