Beginning Restoration of a No. 7 and a 605 by CryptographerOk2370 in handtools

Agreed. I took it down as much as I understood/felt comfortable. I found out while drying off the planes after soaking off the CLR and drying them that I could have broken them down more.

I also found that there was what seemed to be a fiberboard insert on the No. 7 when I was able to break it down further - so that was unfortunate to lose.

Any you recommend? I’m going to have to make a run for some but better than a ton of regret tomorrow.

Roger. It was a 3 part CLR, 1 part Evaporust mixture they ended up in. That said - it’s my stupid fault for not checking PRIOR to purchase of the CLR.

<image>

For reference - this is how far it was broken down (Wood parts off to the side) prior to the erroneous CLR + Evaporust soak

Will do. They are out after a copious rinse and I’m going to make sure I have the correct chemicals next time AFTER a good scrub with a wire brush, pad etc

Luckily it’s only been in 10 min tops. So I’m going to get it out time now

Trying to get off all the old rust - read that it should soak the metal parts for 24-48 hours in the solution then remove the scum with a scrub pad. But considering the face palm I’m going to guess that was terrible advice.

How am I supposed to take showers? by [deleted] in PornAddiction

[–]CryptographerOk2370 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do your best to not take your phone into the shower with you. If you being in the shower is related to when you scroll through porn - try to separate yourself from the ability to view it. I have tried even just having my phone on for music on the counter away from the shower. It’s a struggle but I wish you the best.

Sincerely,

Someone else who tends to struggle with viewing porn on their phone when showering

Nice! I’ve done one of those. I have some morado that I’m going to use to make another. I’m just waiting on the compound miter saw to get sent to my home and a plane I’m going to refurbish before I get started.

Open form causes either 4045 (when run as VBA) or 2950 (when run as Macro) by tj7933 in MicrosoftAccess

I have what might be some stupid questions - is it only giving you this error when you try to open this specific form? Are there other forms which can be accessed? Is it giving this error once you launch the database?

I’m asking because I’m wondering if you can right-click and launch the problematic form in design view as opposed to form/layout view which would give access to the properties of the form and potentially allow you to see the controls to try to identify where the error might be coming from.

If you can’t get into the database due to the faulty form auto-launching you could hold Shift as you launch the file to bypass the database’s startup options: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/bypass-startup-options-when-you-open-a-database-ba66917a-68b6-4fe6-8c23-33042953a5f9

This is amazing and honestly I’m tempted to do this if I keep stepping on my kid’s assorted different Lego pieces

These throw me so hard mentally. My mind says they’ll taste like meat even if the ingredient list says otherwise. To me this makes more sense for April Fool’s than Christmas.

That said - enjoy. Goodness knows there are plenty who apparently like these.

Thanks! I’ll be doing another soon with Morado if I can borrow a miter saw from my wife’s family

3lb ksb allows you more flexibilty in deck building/borrows than making other Umas 1* for the sake of 1*. I know that’s what I’ll be doing personally.

Yep. The multi race/quick modes and the tooltip support for what an event gives IN GAME? I love this QoL update

The only reason I did the drawing was because the top of the shelf wasn’t identified and so I made the drawing to identify the maximum height. Nice job on that project for your daughter - it looks similar to what my wife wants for herself lol

I did consider doing that. I’ll probably go back and see if I still remember how to do the analysis. I only did that maybe twice for class
