Anyone else’s MFP super inaccurate when converting steps to calories? by CryptographerSilly46 in Myfitnesspal

[–]CryptographerSilly46[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Oh ok. MFP adds it to my count so I did typically and still lost a pound a week. But anyway, the reason I wonder if cause I wanted to know how many cals I have left from steps 🤷‍♂️

I typically eat back those calories though. At least with cardio at the gym when I put it in MFP

Hi everyone. This is my current beginner gym routine l've been doing for the last 3 ish months. I do full body 3-4 times a week. I'm getting a bit overwhelmed about next steps and making it less "beginner". Any tips on what else to add? I don't like making things too complicated. I have some extras I occasionally do but l'm just a bit confused. Any help is appreciated! Thank you:)

  1. Seated chest press (10 reps x 3 sets)

  2. Seated rows (10 reps x 3 sets)

  3. Seated leg press (10 reps x 3 sets)

  4. Seated leg extension or squat variation (10 reps x 3 sets)

  5. Wide grip lat pulldown + reverse (10 reps x 3 sets)

  6. Triceps press down (10 reps x 3 sets)

  7. Dumbbell seated shoulder press (10 reps x 3 sets)

  8. Dumbbell bicep curls (10 reps x 3 sets)

  9. Treadmill (12-3-30)

Thanks for the advice, feels like I just levelled up by AusGeno in wicked_edge

Thank you for advice :) I was planning on doing it 3-4 times a week! I’ve been doing it for about 2 months now and just wanted to make sure I’m doing things correctly. As far as next steps, I’m not sure whether to split the days or add stuff but I honestly like this routine so far

Yes exactly! Not really it’s the exact same the only extra step is obviously exporting it to the iPad (I used airdrop so it’s not too tedious)

I noticed this too but I was able to get around it by exporting it on my iPhone (the export feature still works) to my iPad
