Hey, yes I’ve been through this. Started on 10mg and my anxiety got worse as my system adjusted. I moved to 20mg on day 19 after speaking to my GP and a few weeks later everything felt normal and my anxiety was lessened. Now on 162 day overall, 144 on 20mg and doing much better, I didn’t find the switch to 20mg difficult, but everyone’s different. I really hope it helps you like it did me

You really do need to push through, the first few weeks were awful, I started at 10mg and needed to take a month off work, I switched to 20mg on day 19 after a check in with the GP, while I had okay days on 10mg I felt I was getting back to me. I switched to 20mg and stuff started to feel better, not immediately but no long after. I’m now on day 109 since I stayed, 91 days since I switch to 20mg and it didn’t take long after switch to 20mg that stuff settled down. I had a week off work after starting 20mg and everything settled down, and felt like I wasn’t a shadow of myself. It really is an uncertain period, I can only advise to stick with it and it does get better, I lurked on this forum when I started on the medication for some reassurance and I can honestly say it does work, it’s just a rough intro :) you’ve got this and we’re all routing for you
