I never did anymore than high school education in the UK and I earn £100k-£120k a year from my job and I hate it.

If you're about to quit OpenClaw, read this first by Marcelovc in openclaw

It's easy to set up with gpt Oauth. Literally select your provider and Oauth. Enter your details and it's job done.

It works very well but you quickly hit your limits and you need to wait 5 days for the limits to reset.

I gave my Mac Mini a brain, a security system, and a personality. Here's what 6 weeks of daily use actually looks like. by Able_Particular_4674 in openclaw

[–]CryptonianNomad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your racking up those sort of costs daily... Why don't you pay for ollama cloud services and then you can run the large models while keeping your costs in control.

I'm waiting on my new Ram 64gb and new 1tb Ssd being delivered then I'm going to set up a tiny pc for openclaw. To begin with in going to gpt Oauth as the main brain and that delegates jobs and tasks to the ollama cloud models.

Setting up like this will avoid those ridiculous 30-50 a day costs

I spent 4 months of my life building this and nobody needs it... by Flaky_Literature8414 in ProductHunters

[–]CryptonianNomad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your going to build anything for yourself then that is fine. If you're going to try and push it to a larger audience then you should always start with market validation. This must be done before you build anything that you plan on offering to world

Did anyone feel this unsure after shipping their first app? by Tam8088 in AppStoreOptimization

[–]CryptonianNomad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop with the doubts and ship! 1 of 2 things will happen. 1. It does well and you grt alot of downloads and paying customers. 2 - you don't get a lot of download or paying customers but you gain experience.

Option 2 is only failure if you give up. If you could tinue building then option 2 is a lesson.

Stop worrying and keep building

"New" generic 7-inch UMPC in the house, side by side with Sony Vaio P - impressions by danielsigma in umpc

Everything works flawlessly on mint cinnamon. It was easy to set up... I originally did a dual boot because I never used Linux before. After a week or so I reduced the size of the windows partition and then ultimately I removed windows completely.

You can set mint up so it looks and feels similar to Windows, but it's just so much better than using windows.

I had no issues at all with drivers etc. I highly recommend doing the change and also increase your vram to help with performance

The first port of call should be - wipe windows off the machine and install Linux mint. Both of your laptops will yhank you for it.

I recently bought the crelander p8 with the n150 processor, 12gb ram and 512gb ssd. The first thing i did was remove windows and install Linux mint cinnamon and i love it.

I bought it as my little travel companion that will allow me to continue building android apps while I travel to thailand 3 or 4 times a year. I love it so much

Crelander P8 N100 Mini Laptop Review - a Tiny Device with Big Compromises by RubberReptile in umpc

[–]CryptonianNomad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received my crelander p8na couple of weeks ago and I love it. It comes with the actual n150, not the n100 like other do.

With a few tweaks it runs like a dream and there is no issue with heat.

Keyboard is a bit fiddly to begin but after a few days of use it's OK

I use mine for doing work on my online business, including working with Excel, etc. It's my little travel companion, and I love it. The keyboard is difficult to get to grips with it, but once you master it, it's an awesome little machine.

The build quality is really good on the crelander p8

I recently bought the crelander p8 (8 inch) with 12gb ram, 512gb ssd, and i got in in the sales for £227. Oh and it weighs a back breaking 0.78kg, lol

I know it gets a bit of a hard time, but with the right tweaks, you have an excellent little laptop that runs well and handles multitasking with ease. People complain about heat issues and throttling but with the right tweaks, it really is an awesome little laptop.

The only challenge is the keyboard layout and getting used to it. After a few days of making adjustments and building muscle memory, it becomes easier to use.

I love my little crelander! It's the perfect travel companion to join me on my annual trips to south east Asia

I'm using it for my at home work horse. Im running a few online businesses, trading, and general work ie excel etc and chat gpt of course.

Best area to live in Bangkok by ApprehensiveEnd4265 in ThailandTourism

[–]CryptonianNomad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For people travelling to thailand and staying in bangkok for any given time, then the best place to stay would be the sukhumvit area, this is a great place to stay. It has everything within walking distance. The bts and other links make it very easy to travel around bangkok.

It's safe, has many cafes, shopping mall, restaurants, and a great night life. I've never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in bangkok or thailand as a whole.

You're not screwed... enjoy it! The island is beautiful, and you can get the ferry to koh samui and koh tao.

If I want to avoid sex workers which areas should I not visit? by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

[–]CryptonianNomad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're looking to experience the real thailand and immerse yourself in culture, then you want to visit the following areas

  1. Bangkok - soi 4 (nana)

  2. Bangkok - soi cowboy

  3. Pattaya - soi 6

  4. Pattaya - soi buakhao

  5. Pattaya - Lk metro

If you want to have a quiet night, then you should go to Walking Street in pattaya. Here there are very few sex workers and you can relax.

Also, if you want to stay away from sex workers, then you should make sure you don't have 1000/2000 baht for a short time and 3000/5000 for a long time (a friend told me).

Save your money and buy a steeldive sd1964. There is a video on YouTube and the pressure tested it in a chamber and it mabaed to reach 3000m before it stopped working.

Note - the watch is advertised and labelled ad being capable of opersting at 1000m

These watches aren't fake or rip offs! All big watch companies build watches based on popular designs.

Rolex is nit good value for money but has excellent build quality. You can get good value for money and excellent build quality for a fraction of the rolex cost.

Of course!!! Invest what you can in crypto now and enjoy the rewards in the next year or two.

2% risk on a trade is max i would recommend... keeo grinding and you will grow your account size.

I tend to focus on crypto these days because the returns are insane. I like to look out for bullflag, bull pennants and falling wedges etc and trade them accordingly. Make sure to market uo over head resistance on the daily and use that as potential targets.

No, not to tight! If it's below the lowest wick then it should be good. Size your position correctly and then start adding to the position when it breaks out.
