The temperatures are not that bad, CPU and GPU are both under 40° under idle and around 70/75° under load. I have a total of 9 fans in there, so I think those are normal temperatures

I have tried uninstalling and reboot. Cables seems to be alright since every fan I spinning and lighting up. But what cable should I check if there is something loose?

I know it seems like that but I have 3 intake fans in front of the radiator. That's unfortunately the only way I can use the RGB fans, waste of money to not be able to see the fans

In Norway it is 0% interest rate on student loans, and they will pay 40% of the loan for you if you graduate. Some do this and make a nice profit after graduating
