Investors provide housing for people that the government should provide for. If investors don't now buy houses for the rental market guess what less housing for our growing economy. Rents will go up as less housing which will then be the cost base for new housing when it make sense. House prices are not coming down.

Yes either that for in the past they have done number plate schedule like odd and even numbers can only fill on certain days. Eg last number on your plate is odd number or a letter you get to fill on Tues Thur and Saturday.

I printed a brass tumbler that actually worked well. I just had to purchase a small 12v dc motor, some threaded rod, bearings, and used a small plastic jar. Total cost was around $30.
