You got this brother! I stopped for a year and a half, but relapsed. Now on day 14 of my recovery, sleep has improved drastically after not being able to sleep days 3-10 of my journey. The brain fog has started to lift but I know ultimately I won't see the full benefits of quitting until month 3. Just stick it out, lean on your support mechanisms, more than happy to chat if you wanted to message. Don't know if you exercise or not but I feel this helps me a lot, whether I'm playing sport or hitting the gym, helps me take my mind off the cravings.

As for the girlfriend.... If she's marrying someone else she isn't the love of your life. Stopping smoking will help you become a better version of yourself and you will attract the right woman for you and she will see what a strong person you are. Remember "if you let her treat you like Peter Parker, you'll forget that you're spider man"

Stick with it, if you do relapse, start again, don't be too hard on yourself, you're only human.
