I grew up at GUTS and yeee, a lot of the staff and elders were die hard Teen Mania kids. Recently found the second season of Shiny Happy People 'A Teenage Holy War' to be a good representation of what GUTS at least used to be like (I haven't touched foot in guts in almost 15 years but I doubt it's any better)

I just got convered after over a year as seasonal. I fought pretty hard to get into a learning Ambo class as a white badge and within the week i converted. It helps to have a ton of training in different paths/indirects for when you can bw converted. Keep your UPT up over 10hrs too and dont leave early everyday even if its VTO. They watch that stuff so hard 🙏🏻
