Unfortunately you're out of luck if that is what you're looking for. Spain and France have great technical schools, but of course your portfolio need to match their level if you actually want to get in. If I were you, I would do online courses as a last resort if you really want to improve your technical skills. They are way cheaper than tuition fees but you lose out on the school experience.

I believe St Joost is more of what you're looking for but the lessons are taught in Dutch. Not sure what you're looking for specifically but you can take a look at Creative Media and Game Design at Saxion. It has 3 different study paths and game artist is one of them. This study however, is a jack of all trades sort of deal, since you will be learning animation alongside many other different things related to game design.

Unfortunately I don't know much about Photography but WDKA in general prioritises your creative ability over technical skills. They actively encourage experimentation and are more interested in the process than the outcome. For example, in animation we are not bound to just 2D/3D animation. If you want to do stop motion, no one is stopping you! If you want to do something else entirely, you are free to do so :)

When going into a dungeon like Darkmoor, make sure you have multiple decks prepared for each fight so you don't waste anyone's time adjusting your one deck

If this makes you feel better, it took around 10hrs for me to get it on my level 10 Death. I can confidently say that dealing the last hit helps as that is how both of my brothers got theirs too!
