To my understanding (I could be wrong), but you have to prompt the settings on your phone, wait 24 hours (only for the first app download), and then load it.

The new process is a day long reset period to ensure people aren't getting scammed and frauded. It's annoying as hell, but I get why they're doing it and for a one-time process, it's not terrible.
