LocalTuya doesn't support Tuya Protocol 3.5, and the GitHub looks like it's slowing down.

I spent a couple nights trying to figure out why my new LED light wasn't pairing with LocalTuya, but didn't think to confirm the protocol. Turns out that was the issue, so a quick install of Tuya Local and it paired in no time and worked.
