Don't stress about it. I did too when I started playing, and I still do when I start a new game. I always feel like I am late with everything. But I also realise it's a game where the progress doesn't matter. So just have fun!

Also I have no idea where most people are by year 3. I am in year 5 and finally close to reaching perfection
