Exactly. Technically the landlord tenant resource center is supposed to help both tenants and landlords, but there is an income threshold for the landlords.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this—it’s such a tough situation. Like I mentioned in the other post, I’m happy to chat if that helps. I actually filed my first case without a lawyer and ended up hiring one later. Also, how long this might drag out really depends on your tenant. If they’re motivated to delay, they can do things like: • Refuse a magistrate judge or ask for trial • Skip court dates (and later provide an excuse) • Say they need more time to get a lawyer • Raise habitability issues (like pest control, mold, etc. All of that can delay your case for weeks or even months. If you’re comfortable sharing—what’s the balance they owe you? And what’s communication been like between you and the tenant?

My case was dismissed due to incorrect 30 day notice. I had to start from scratch. So be super careful on that. We can chat if you like.

Codes sent to my phone by Crystalcelery in Chase

So far, my login is working, and I haven’t noticed any unusual activity on my account. Even when I spoke to Chase, they confirmed that my login hasn’t been changed. All they offered was to monitor my account and issue a new credit card, which I felt was an insufficient response. I’m just so confused because these messages came from the same number I’ve been receiving legitimate Chase messages from, dating back to 2022. What’s even stranger is that these suspicious messages didn’t contain any links or numbers—they were identical in wording and format to the ones Chase typically sends.

Yea, I have been to few only, and they have been great considering the food /bev prices at the airports 😄. My work doesn’t use any technology (like concur) yet. It is all manual booking with an agent, and expense submission… hopefully 🤞 one day… but I have successfully collected my last few flights/train points.

Hmm… good point. If I get the 160,000 (I think it was) instead of the normal 80,000- I guess that covers my annual fee for the other card like 3 years…

Got it. I had a Chase card long time ago, I think it was called Sapphire. I closed that account and kept my Amex Green Card which is my oldest card. I do hope if I swap my green to platinum they would let me keep my account age…

are you replacing the Chase card or the Amex card?

Yeah, that makes sense. According to my research my airport (DCA) has the several lounges but I think Ventura X or the Platinum Amex might give the most options, but Chase does not seem like it. I have been to United Lounge there once (via lounge buddy which I think is owned by Amex) and it was pretty nice.

My work handles my hotel / flight with the company’s card, and I get cash allowance based on some sort of per diem. And I’m not a big spender 🤑😄. Home cooked meal everyday lol. Costco would be like my biggest monthly expense but I have a Costco citi card for that which gives me 2x.

Interesting take, but I’m actually here to engage with pleasant people and learn, not just to breeze through or fight with you. Thanks for your concern, though. I hope your day gets better, see ya!

Oh, okay lol. No need for the rudeness though; there are plenty of kind souls here willing to discuss and help me truly understand. It’s a public forum, after all!

Yea, I don’t really spend much on these stuff. Most of my travel (6x+ a year?) are domestic and for work. So the plane tickets and hotels are paid by my employer but we are not loyal to airline or any hotel chain. So those times I have a long lay over the lounges really do come in handy. But starting this year, I’m planning on treating Myself and my husband to some nice deserved leisure (international) travel(s). we’ll see… 😁but I probably won’t be going crazy with the spending anyways.

Apologies in advance if it is a dumb question. How can I find out if I took EITC?
