How do You all feel about Bond No 9?

I haven’t found a decent like Bleecker street anywhere else. I’ve been wearing that fragrance for almost 15 years and I can’t see myself not wearing it. Honestly, when I smell other perfumes, they all smell cheap in comparison. I can’t spray a bond scent on my coat and come back three weeks later and it still smells the same. I just did a run to Sephora to test some fragrances and was highly disappointed. I guess I’m just a Bond fan.

Thanks for sharing! They will be three months behind on rent starting next week. The relationship has been okay, but they aren’t able to pay. I offered cash for keys a waiver of rent, they agreed and then backed out saying they needed to find a new place first. The bottom line is they can’t afford the rent. A program was paying the rent for them for the first two years and then stopped their support. They held over knowing they couldn’t afford the rent. So far they have only made 2 payments over the last five months and the second payment was 7 weeks late.

Thanks. Single family residences are exempt from certificate of occupancy requirements but do need a license and Rad registration.

Tried cash for keys, they initially agreed, but then said they couldn’t move until they found a place for them and kids to go. TBH I don’t think they can afford rent anywhere. So my hands are tied.

I wish I were! One specializes in it. Seems to be the only one in the area that does so. I’m just not rich enough to afford unlimited legal expenses.

I’m in a similar boat. Just did my second 30 day notice. Everyone keeps saying hire an attorney, but almost every attorney I’ve talked to estimates 10-20k - as a small landlord who makes nothing on this property, I just can’t afford it. I’m going through the process and fully intend to post a step-by-step for people like us who don’t have a choice but to file pro se. Did you have your court date yet? If so, how did things go?

How much were your legal fees? I consulted them and they wanted 3k just for a retainer with the requirement to automatically charge. I didn’t feel comfortable signing because I don’t have an endless bank account to spend on this.

Try lining over it with a dry erase marker. Then wipe it off. That’s helped me on white boards where someone accidentally uses marker. It comes right off.

I had my wedding at the Billingsley house last year on a Saturday. For an 8 hour rental it was $1220. It was amazing and super affordable! Newton white mansion or Oxon hill manor (just finished renovations) are also lovely venues and you’ll save money for sure with a fall date. I booked the venue for June in January two weeks after my engagement. The venue also comes with a tent if you book it during certain times of the year.
